In FY23, we invested ₹ 1,130 million to rejuvenate our business parks and upgrade building specifications. Our asset-enrichment initiatives include elevated boardwalks, re-energized lobbies, refurbishment of lift lobbies and common restrooms, remodelling landscapes, well-spread F&B spaces, and revamping facades, lighting, signage, and wall art. We also actively undertook technological improvements in the areas of building management and sustainability, and this included the design and re-engineering of our sewage treatment plants and weather modelling based on predictive analytics for electricity consumption in our buildings. These continued investments ensure that our assets are differentiated from that of the competition and offer the differentiated value, our occupiers look for.
