Assistant Manager – M&A and Corporate Finance

Experience: 2 - 3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Working on financial models, valuations etc.
  • Evaluating acquisitions of real estate assets including brownfield and core assets.
  • Working with business teams to decide on feasibility of the deals.
  • Working on Investment Presentations with the Management to get deals approved by the Management and Board
  • Working with Diligence partners
    • Undertaking Due Diligences
    • Closure of Acquisition documents
    • Closure of acquisition price and other measurement metrics
    • Working on Investor Presentations, Board Presentations, Info Memorandums, etc.
  • Business Finance – Working with business teams on various business initiatives, strategies, analysis, etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Com, CA
  • Should have a good understanding of financial valuation methodologies.
  • Analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good excel and power point skills.
