Mindspace Airoli West, the second-largest business park in the Mumbai Region after Mindspace Airoli East, offers excellent connectivity to Airoli Railway Station and Thane-Belapur Road. Like its counterpart in Airoli East, it benefits from ongoing infrastructure improvements enhancing access to Airoli and Navi Mumbai. Mindspace Airoli West is near affordable residential areas that house most of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region’s population.

The park has expanded into new asset classes, including data centers. Two have already been committed to the Princeton Digital Group (PDG), and additional land is available for further data center development.
